HorseRNG Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HorseRNG handles basic analytics, cookies, contact email, hosting logs, retention, and privacy requests for this independent Horse RNG fan guide.

Who operates this site

HorseRNG is an independent fan guide for the Roblox game Horse RNG. The site is published at horserng.com and is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The contact address for privacy questions, corrections, and data requests is [email protected]. This site is not affiliated with Roblox or Tou Interactive. We do not operate Roblox accounts, process Robux, sell game items, or provide official support for the game.

The site is designed as a public information resource. You can read pages such as codes, breeds, breeding guide, race strategy, food economy, wiki, about, privacy, and terms without creating an account. HorseRNG does not currently offer user profiles, comments, forums, payment forms, newsletters, or private dashboards. Because of that, the amount of personal information we intentionally collect is limited.

Information we may collect

We may collect basic technical information when you visit the site. That can include page URLs, approximate location derived from network routing, device type, browser type, referral source, event timing, and whether a page loaded successfully. This information helps us understand whether Horse RNG players are finding the codes page, whether the breed calculator page is being used, and whether a route is broken after deployment.

If you email [email protected], we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, the page you mention, screenshots, corrections, or a description of a Horse RNG update. Please do not send Roblox passwords, private account details, payment information, or sensitive personal information. We do not need that information to correct a guide page.

Cloudflare may process server-level data to deliver the site, protect against abuse, cache static files, and measure request performance. Those logs are part of the hosting and security layer. They are separate from any message you voluntarily send by email.

Google Analytics and cookies

HorseRNG uses Google Analytics with measurement ID G-G7X35L6M3V. Google Analytics may use a cookie or similar browser storage to distinguish visits, measure page views, understand general traffic patterns, and help us see which pages need maintenance. For example, analytics may show that players are opening the Horse RNG codes page more often than the race strategy page, or that a mobile layout needs attention.

Analytics data is used in aggregate. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual Roblox players, recover Roblox usernames, or connect your browsing to a game account. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy controls. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, use privacy tools, or use Google's available opt-out options. If you block analytics, the public guide pages should still work.

HorseRNG does not currently run personalized advertising, ad-network popups, account login cookies, or payment cookies. If that changes, this policy should be updated before those features are added. Measurement-only analytics is used so we can maintain the fan guide and identify broken or under-served pages.

How we use information

We use information to operate the site, fix broken routes, improve page clarity, prioritize updates, respond to emails, detect abusive traffic, and understand which Horse RNG topics are useful. If analytics shows that many visitors land on a page and leave immediately, we may rewrite that page to make the answer clearer. If reports show that a code expired, we may update the codes page. If a hosting log suggests repeated errors, we may adjust the static files or deployment process.

We do not sell personal information. We do not maintain a database of player accounts. We do not ask for Roblox credentials. We do not use contact emails for unrelated marketing. If you send a correction, we may use the substance of the correction to improve a page, but we do not need to publish your name or email address to do that.

Data retention period

Analytics reports may be retained for up to 14 months unless Google Analytics settings are changed to a shorter period. Hosting and security logs may be retained by Cloudflare according to Cloudflare's operational practices and plan settings. Email messages sent to [email protected] may be retained for up to 24 months if they relate to site maintenance, corrections, privacy requests, or abuse prevention. We may delete messages earlier when they are no longer useful.

This data retention period is meant to balance maintenance needs with minimization. A fan guide does not need long-term personal profiles. We keep enough information to understand whether the site is functioning, whether updates were successful, and whether a reported issue has already been handled.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. You can avoid sending email if you do not want to share contact information. You can request deletion of an email you sent by contacting [email protected]. If you are in a region with privacy rights such as GDPR rights in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. We will make a reasonable effort to respond to valid requests that apply to data we control.

Because HorseRNG is a static public guide, many visits create only aggregated or provider-managed records that we cannot identify as belonging to a specific person. If you contact us, include enough detail for us to locate the relevant message or issue. Do not send extra sensitive information.

Children, updates, and contact

Horse RNG is played on Roblox, and some players may be younger. HorseRNG is written as a public reference site and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through accounts or forms. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent personal information by email, contact [email protected] and we will review the request.

This privacy policy may be updated when the site changes, when analytics settings change, or when legal requirements change. The current policy should be read together with the About and Terms pages. For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests, email [email protected].
