Contact HorseRNG
For corrections, code updates, page issues, calculator feedback, or privacy questions, email [email protected]. HorseRNG is maintained by Jim Liu as an independent Horse RNG fan guide, and reader reports are the single biggest reason a page gets updated quickly.
How to reach me
The fastest way to send a correction, expired-code report, breed-data fix, or page issue is email at [email protected]. I read messages personally and prioritize reports that include the exact HorseRNG page URL, what you saw in Horse RNG, and roughly when you saw it. Screenshots help when a reward popup, breed stat, or race result does not match what the guide says.
I cannot reply to every message, especially during active update weeks, but every report is read and tagged for the next maintenance pass. If your message is time-sensitive, mention it in the subject line. For example, an active-looking code that suddenly stopped redeeming is more urgent than a slow drift on a tier-list note.
What makes a useful correction
A useful HorseRNG correction is narrow and specific. Tell me the page URL on horserng.com, the exact claim you want changed, what you observed in Horse RNG, and how you verified it (in-game test, public Discord announcement, fan wiki citation, or repeated session result). The more precise the report, the faster the page can be corrected without rewriting the whole section.
If the report is about an expired code, please include the code text and roughly the date it stopped working. If it is about a breed stat, include the horse name, the field you think is wrong (sell value, sleep minutes, race speed, luck), and what you see in game. If it is about the breed calculator, tell me which parent pair you used and what the calculator returned versus your actual foal result.
What not to send
HorseRNG does not collect Roblox passwords, account recovery details, payment information, private Discord screenshots, exploit tools, or off-platform trade requests. None of those should be sent to [email protected]. They cannot be used to fix a guide page, and the site does not run an account-recovery service for Roblox.
If you receive a phishing email pretending to be from HorseRNG, the safest action is to ignore it and report the message to your email provider. HorseRNG will never ask for a Roblox login, ask for in-game item transfers, or request payment for guide access. The fan guide is free to read.
Privacy questions and corrections
For privacy questions, the privacy policy at horserng.com/privacy covers the analytics, cookies, hosting, retention, and rights specific to HorseRNG. If after reading the privacy policy you still have a question, email [email protected] with the specific topic and the page URL where you saw the relevant section.
If you would like a correction applied to a personal-data-related detail, mention that in the subject line so the message is routed to the privacy queue. HorseRNG is not a Roblox account-recovery service, so privacy requests are limited to information actually held by this fan guide, which is small in scope.
Editorial scope
HorseRNG is a fan guide for Roblox Horse RNG by Tou Interactive. It is not affiliated with Roblox, Tou Interactive, or any other developer. Contact requests outside this scope (Roblox platform issues, account problems, marketplace transactions) should be directed to the official Roblox support channels, not to this fan guide.
The guide focuses on six jobs: codes, breeds, breeding, racing, food, and wiki reference. Contact requests inside this scope are exactly what helps the site stay accurate. The faster expired-code, stat-change, or page-bug reports reach me, the faster the public pages can stop misleading other Horse RNG players who are mid-session.
